What is your return policy?

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.  While this policy is strict, we do welcome questions in advance of purchases. Our expert advice is available so you may make well-informed decisions.

What are your payment options?

The OTTC online store can accept major credit cards.  By visiting our store in person, debit can be used.  By contacting us, we can confirm an order and accept e-transfer.

Can I get local delivery?

Local delivery is provided for the convenience of customers in the National Capital Region. The store has no obligation to deliver any orders not included in our local delivery options.

Price and Product Guarantee?

Products sold here are guaranteed authentic. The supply pathway from the manufacturer to our store is direct through approved vendors. 

As well, our prices are monitored and adjusted on a regular basis to closely match the MSRP.

Can I order a sale item that is not in stock?

Unfortunately, the OTTC Shop will not accept orders of sale items which are out of stock.  If a sale item is purchased, but it cannot be fulfilled (i.e. no real stock, inventory error etc), then a refund for the item will be granted.

What is your privacy policy?

Customer information is kept private and is not shared to any 3rd party outside the process requirements of fulfilling orders or government compliance.  We do not see credit card info, which is managed by our merchant services through wix payments.  We are working on a comprehensive Privacy Policy.
